QUICK FIXES · LEHI, UTAH + NATIONWIDE
Make it easier for customers to understand what you do, when you are open and how to reach you.
For $249 one-time, Blackout reviews and cleans up one eligible Google Business Profile, using details you confirm and changes you approve. You receive a clear record of what changed, what is pending and anything that needs separate attention.
Old hours, unclear services, outdated photos and incorrect links can create avoidable confusion. This service puts the customer-facing information in order and gives you a manageable upkeep plan.
It does not guarantee a particular Google Maps position, more reviews, approval of every edit, or a specific number of calls.
Not sure what should be changed first? Use the Google Business Profile cleanup checklist to verify the important details before editing the profile.
Categories, business identity and location settings are reviewed, but changes to the business name, address, primary category, service-area model or ownership are not included automatically. They can require a separate verification process.
Send your Google Maps or Business Profile link and confirm you own or are authorized to manage it.
You provide the correct hours, services, links, description details and photographs. We identify the bounded changes and request manager access only when needed.
You approve the changes before they are submitted. We document which changes are live, which are pending and what we intentionally left alone.
The agreed service is invoiced after delivery. If the profile is not eligible for the cleanup or the work cannot proceed within the agreed scope, we stop and do not charge the cleanup fee or start a larger engagement without approval.
An existing, verified profile for a genuine business, with an owner who can approve the correct information and grant access. That includes eligible storefront and service-area businesses in Utah and elsewhere in the United States.
Suspension appeals, reinstatement, ownership disputes, duplicate-profile merges, new-profile verification, major category or address changes, review removal, ongoing posting, citation campaigns and website development are outside this fixed scope.
We do not create fake locations, add keywords to a business name that are not part of the real name, or promise to remove legitimate negative reviews.
Google Business Profile is available at no charge from Google. The $249 fee is for Blackout's independent cleanup service, not a Google listing or placement fee. Blackout is not Google and does not imply a special relationship with Google.
You retain ownership. Access is handled through manager invitations, and the handoff includes how to remove that access when the work ends.
No. A cleanup is not a ranking guarantee. We commit to the agreed changes and evidence, not a position that no independent consultant controls.
That is not included. We identify the status during the fit check and explain when a separate process is needed.
Those fields need separate review and explicit approval. They are not routine changes included in this package.
No. We can supply your correct review link and a neutral request that customers may choose to use. We do not write customer reviews, offer incentives or filter requests based on expected ratings.
Not necessarily. Three business days describes our work after complete inputs and approval. Google may hold or review changes. Pending is reported as pending, not complete.
No. You receive the cleanup record and upkeep checklist. Any later work is a separate decision.
Send the profile link and we will confirm whether it fits this cleanup.
$249 one-time for one eligible profile. No required retainer.
