The range is typical, not a ceiling or a universal website-build price. Full Shopify builds, complex migrations, major integrations and multi-location rollouts require their own estimates.
Execution choices
Focused Growth selects one primary service area. Demand Engine selects two complementary services. Supporting review does not quietly become another full service. The work below describes available scope—not every task included every month.
Search-intent and account review, agreed campaign structure, search-term analysis, ad-copy testing, bid / budget recommendations and conversion-quality checks. Shopping feeds, Performance Max assets and major account rebuilds require explicit inclusion.
Agreed campaign setup and optimization, audience and placement review, testing priorities, budget recommendations and feedback on approved creative. Original photography, filming and ongoing creative production are separately scoped.
Technical-access priorities, search-intent mapping, useful answer content, on-page improvements and internal linking. SEO and AEO are one integrated service. Article production, outreach and large-scale development require explicit scope; no ranking or AI-citation guarantee.
Buying-journey review and prioritized merchandising, product-page, collection-page or existing-theme improvements. The proposal defines templates and changes; full builds, migrations, custom apps and checkout redevelopment are not included by default.
Conversion-path review, event and reporting priorities, available lead / order-quality reconciliation and agreed measurement fixes. Included platforms, events and implementation limits are defined first; no implied CRM migration or complex integration.

Initial service fees are the monthly starting fee multiplied by the initial term—not an additional fee or a statement that all fees are due upfront. Actual billing, renewal and cancellation terms are agreed in writing.

Signal Sprint provides a defined diagnosis without a retainer. Growth Advisory works when your people can execute. A Scoped Project can solve a specific problem. If your budget cannot support the required delivery, we will narrow the problem—not promise the same workload for less.
No surprises in the proposal
Brands, locations, offers, storefronts, accounts and integrations change the amount of work. Your scope names the systems included.
Campaign complexity, content, creative, development and revision volume require real capacity. Direction and production are separately identified.
Measurement gaps, technical debt, missing assets and accelerated timelines change what it takes to deliver responsibly.
You retain your accounts and data, see the numbers and approve spending. Blackout fees are separate from media; there is no media markup. Deliverables, licensing, handoff and any specialist responsibilities are documented in your agreement.

No. Prices are Blackout service fees in USD. Media, paid software, outside production, specialists and separately approved work are excluded unless expressly included in the proposal. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms.
It is the starting service fee for the agreed base scope, not a promise of unlimited capacity. Markets, locations, systems, campaign complexity, production and delivery speed affect the quote. Your proposal confirms the actual fee and included work before signing.
No. They are two separate service areas. Focused Growth covers one primary service area. Demand Engine can combine Google Ads and Meta Ads as its two selected services. SEO and AEO, by contrast, are one integrated organic-search service.

For $1,750 one-time, you receive a kickoff questionnaire, a 30-minute scoping conversation, one defined path review, relevant measurement and competitive / intent checks, three to five prioritized findings, a written 30-day action plan, a baseline scorecard, a 60-minute readout and one consolidated clarification round. It is not implementation.
The typical timeline is 7–10 business days after the required access and inputs are available. We confirm the path and timing during scoping. Missing inputs or delayed approvals can move the schedule. The 30-day action plan is a roadmap, not 30 days of included execution.
No automatic credit is included in this offer. Any credit toward a later engagement must be explicitly stated in your written proposal before purchase.

Demand Engine starts at $7,500/month for four months ($30,000). Growth Operator starts at $12,500/month for six months ($75,000). Scoped Projects use the quoted fee and milestones. These are service fees; excluded costs are additional. Billing, renewal and cancellation terms are confirmed in the agreement.
Blackout provides the diagnosis for Signal Sprint; your team implements. Growth Advisory guides your existing team or vendors. Focused Growth and Demand Engine include the agreed hands-on delivery. Growth Operator provides fractional leadership and selected work within reserved capacity; your team or approved specialists supply the remaining production capacity. Benjamin remains directly involved.
Growth Advisory includes two 60-minute sessions and up to four consolidated decision-support requests monthly through one agreed channel. Focused Growth includes a weekly operating review and one monthly decision session. Demand Engine includes a weekly operating review and two monthly working sessions. Growth Operator includes weekly leadership sessions, monthly executive reviews and quarterly planning. Response expectations and meeting details are agreed before kickoff; none of these packages includes unrestricted on-call support.
Yes, through a written scope review. A new priority can replace planned work or receive an additional quote; it does not silently add another service or unlimited production. Deliverables, systems, implementation capacity, revision allowance and dependencies are agreed in the proposal.
No. Scoped Projects typically cost $3,500–$7,500 for defined improvements; that range is not a ceiling. Full Shopify builds, complex migrations, major integrations and multi-location rollouts require a separate estimate. Ongoing Shopify conversion work also does not imply a full rebuild.
No. We commit to the agreed work, transparent priorities and evidence-led decisions—not guaranteed rankings, indexing, AI recommendations, leads or revenue. Results depend on your offer, market, budget, data, implementation, approvals and sales follow-up.
